The space between American LGBTQ+ and trans populations

Some interesting recent Pew polling found that about 6 in 10 LGBTQ+ adults believe there is an average or above average degree of social acceptance of gay and lesbian Americans, but only about 1 in 10 LGBTQ+ adults thought similarly regarding the degree of social acceptance of nonbinary and trans people. This is interesting research because it illuminates a queer perception that a schism is growing between queer and trans belongingness.
