The ruling came from a panel of seven judges from seven different nations: Spain, France, Armenia, Monaco, San Marino, the Czech Republic and Ukraine.

It is wild that in 2025 a panel of seven judges from seven different countries on the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) had to weigh in on this case from France in order to protect women’s rights and uphold the durability of consent within marriage!
